The Julien statue was built commemorating the well known and loved Julien Reverchon.
Born in the city of Diemoz in france, Julien was a well-known naturalist and botanist who dedicated his life to preserving exotic plant species and later became a professor in the field of botany. His vast collection of plants had brought him fame along with his contribution towards plant research. His statue was made in 2011 by generous volunteers and is now established in our shopping center as iconic art sculpture, visible guests all around the shopping mall thanks to it's motorized wheels.
